At Flying Dove Miami, each piece is carefully customized and crafted exclusively for every client, based on her measurements, preferences, and desired style.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Before delivery or shipment, each client receives a final approval video to review her piece. Once approved and delivered or shipped, the order is considered fully accepted and completed.

Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been handled, tried on, or worn, as hair products can absorb odors, sweat, and external factors.

By making a purchase, whether online or in-store, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
